The first ever International Astronomy Show will take place early next year.

The International Astronomy show on 17 and 18 May 2013 will be welcoming Chris Lintott, who will be talking about Galaxy Zoo on the second day of the event.

He joins a programme of speakers at the show that includes his co-presenters on The Sky at Night, Pete Lawrence and Paul Abel.

Chris will also be on hand to personally sign his latest book at the Canopus Books stand.

The Stardome Planetarium has now joined the event and will be running eight shows a day to entertain visitors.

Companies attending now include Borg/Hutech and Skylight Telescopes, together with societies such as the British Astronomical Association, Webb Deep Sky Society.

Canon UK will also be on the Wex Photographic Stand.
